Botanica

Botanica is the leafy, family-minded side of Chisinau. Spread south of the city core, it is defined by the national Botanical Garden and the lakeside Valea Trandafirilor park, with wide boulevards lined by Soviet-era towers and a growing number of new mid-rise developments and low-rise villas. Greenery and space are its calling cards. For investors it is a value district with reliable family and student rental demand and lower entry prices than the center. The caveats are common to the whole market: Moldova's small economy and the geopolitical uncertainty from the neighboring war, which can limit both foreign demand and the pace of appreciation.
