About Novo Sarajevo

Novo Sarajevo runs along the valley between the historic core and the larger Novi Grad, a practical residential and commercial belt of apartment blocks, tram lines and big retail centers. It is where many Sarajevans actually live, with schools, parks like Hastahana, and the General Hospital all within reach. For investors it is a value play: lower per-meter prices than Centar with reliable local rental demand. The trade-off is that returns lean on the domestic market rather than tourism, so appreciation tends to track Bosnia's broader, slower economic trajectory.
